Question:
I have a need to cut 22mm tube to tee into the pipe. Can this tool do that?
Answer: This is a great tool. If you can get it onto the pipe then it will cut it. As it's a ratchet type you only need a fairly small amount of movement for it to cut. You will notice that the tool has a 'lump' that allows you to use it with your finger and thumb so you don't need to get your whole hand around it. Good luck as your job sounds very awkward. -

Is the body of the cutter made of steel or plastic?
Answer: The cutter's blue part is steel and the handle is plastic. I have been using them for a while now and they seem to work okay.
