The Digital Thermometer with Four Channel Input is an inexpensive device that comes with four thermocouple probes with a wire range of 58F ~ 752F. The product was reported to give an accurate and fast reading (within one or two seconds). However, there were some "bounce" and noise in the readings that could cause the temperature reading to vary over time or between thermocouples. There were limited features for calibration, and the owner's manual was also not available online. Some users had trouble with getting an accurate reading or resolving temperature differences within +1.8F to a reference of 32.0F. However, for most users, an error of +-10 - 15 degrees at around 1200 + F was acceptable. The meter has a quality look and feel and was used for various applications like coffee bean roasting, grilling, refrigerant measurements, etc.
