The Full Body Home Steam Sauna Set includes a 4L large steam pot and one-person portable sauna spa with a time and temperature remote control and an upgraded chair for detox purposes. The product has a high power steamer of 1600 watts and offers a temperature range of 113°F-122°F/50°C. The sauna set supports 16 levels and 99 minutes of temperature control. Only water is advised to be put in the steam pot, and leaving water in it for a long time is not recommended. A herbal box is included to add essential oils, herbs, and other materials with the sauna. The product is easy to set up and gets hot relatively quickly. The sauna should be used after a shower to remove dirt and grime from the body and avoid reabsorption after the detox process. A towel should be used to sit on the chair and step on outside the tent, avoiding dirtying the equipment. The sauna should not last more than 10-15 minutes to avoid overheating. The product has received mixed reviews, with some reporting that the chair is of poor quality and that advertised product specs, such as power and fabric Construction, did not match the actual product. The sauna set is also claimed to be dangerous on numerous occasions, with reports of the tubing failing and the lid cracking open and steam not staying inside properly.
