However, buyers should be aware of potential safety issues with the exposed live terminal and lack of clamping for incoming mains voltage or DC output wires. It's recommended to use this product inside a larger enclosure with adequate protection. One buyer received two completely different units in the same order. However, the product is easy to use and set up with good solid terminals. Customers praise the smooth dimming functionality, which transitions gently from off to on and does not flicker. The product is also very safe and will not power on if there is even a slight connection issue. It is small in size and well priced.
