Users appreciate its quick loading and solid build, which enhances its usability for troubleshooting networking issues. The cable mapping function effectively shows shorts, distances, and whether it's a good run, although it requires the main remote for full functionality. However, some users have noted that it cannot ping for network connections nor identify RJ11/12 jacks without purchasing additional remotes, which could lead to frustration in certain situations.
