  • Question: How many times can I sweep my floor before I have to wash the dust mop? How does the dirt release from the mop between cleanings?

    Answer: It depends on the amount of dust or pet hair. Typically, using a vacuum cleaner once or twice a week and sweeping with a microfiber dust mop daily should allow you to wash the mop once per week. To release dirt from the mop, machine washing is recommended over hand-washing.
  • Question: I may have to return mine. How can I loosen the pole?

    Answer: To loosen the pole, grip the bottom pole and turn the upper pole counterclockwise to adjust its height. If you're unable to do this, contact the seller and provide your order number for assistance.
  • Question: Does pet hair shake out of it easily or do you have to wash it after every use?

    Answer: Pet hair can be shaken out quite easily by beating the mop with your hand. Washing it about once a month should be sufficient.
  • Question: There are 2 yellow plastic bolts that hold the handle on, one fell off and got lost. Are there replacements for that part?

    Answer: You can try going to your hardware store and replacing it with the same size metal bolt. It's worth a try.
  • Question: Can this mop clean under couch and chairs?

    Answer: Yes, the mop has a 180-degree pivot joint system between the mop and the pole, allowing you to easily clean under couches and chairs.
