The assembly of the rack is straightforward, and the dumbbells fit perfectly on top. The set does not come with tools for assembly, so you will need to have your tools. The dumbbells have a strong rubber smell that lingers, but it reduces over time. Some of the weights were a bit oily and slippery at first, but cleaning them solved the problem. Customers have reported that the rack may wobble a little when removing or putting on weights, but it's not a major issue. The set does not Consist of 8-pound dumbbells. Still, the buyer can always purchase them separately and add them to the collection, making it a versatile option.
