SOFTTOUCH Furniture Pads Editorial Review
The Super Sliders 4" Round Non-Slip, Self-Stick Furniture Gripper Pads have garnered a mixed yet largely positive reception among users, highlighting their utility for a variety of furniture pieces in homes with hardwood floors. Many customers appreciate the ease of installation, noting that the pads effectively keep furniture stationary, especially in cases where movement is problematic, such as under a sofa or a bed. Reviewers mention their practicality in preventing sliding and protecting new or delicate floors from scratches, with several users emphasizing that these pads have lived up to expectations even after numerous washes. However, the product does have its limitations, particularly regarding the adhesive's performance under more intense use. While the pads initially provide good grip against light nudges, reviews indicate they struggle to maintain their holding power when subjected to heavier impacts. This tends to lead to separation between the pad and the furniture, resulting in damage to the pads themselves and leaving users frustrated. Such feedback suggests that while the pads are a great economical solution for minor movements, they may not be ideal for high-traffic areas or heavy items that face regular, forceful use. ###
