Answer: My boy breaks out with a rash for most sunscreen (except Zin Oxide, baby organics, and Elta) and we didn't have any issues with these swim diapers. We also used Huggies and he didn't have issues with those either, so who knows. Good luck -

What age and weight does the Medium diapers cover?
Answer: The sizes run really big. The small hangs off my 8 month old. We put the diaper under the reusable swim diaper and they work fine with that. -

Large weight
Answer: My son is almost 2 years and big for his age 3ft tall and 35ish pounds and they actually work pretty good. I was skeptical at first but couldn't find swim diapers locally in the middle of winter and we have used them 3 times so far so good.
