The MTX Audio IX2-Red Street Audio In Ear Acoustic Monitors come in a well-designed and sturdy build under the $500 price point. The mids and bass are smooth, and the separation is good. The SPL is powerful, but the upper frequencies are a little too warm, making percussive cymbals almost inaudible.
