Answer: I love mine. I’ve been using it for more than a year. I guess ppl don’t know how to charge it and that’s why they complain so much. The only bad thing is that if you don’t apply the right pressure you will scar your skin permanently. It happened to me but it was my fault. I still love it. -

Answer: I've only used mine once, but I don't recall it lighting up. I even wondered was it charging. There's a small battery indicator on the bottom of the screen and you'll see bars going across as it charges. If no movement there, then it's probably not charging.
