The TCMT Motorcycles Chrome Luggage Rack Rail Tour Pack Carrier Trunk Top is designed to fit Harley Touring motorcycles from 1984-2022. The rack is intended to be installed onto the lid of a tour pack box, and the threaded holes on the underside are for mounting bolts installed from the inside of the tour pack lid. Although some customers have reported poor quality and bad packaging, the majority found the product to be of good quality and easy to install, and appreciated the lower cost compared to an OEM product. The plastic washers included with the rack were deemed useless by one customer, but replacements could be easily found. The rack was also found to be sturdy and able to hold up to use.
