    Answer: The upper zone ranges from 54-64°F and the lower zone from 41-57°F.
  • Question: How many bottles can the cooler hold?

    Answer: The Schmecke wine cooler can hold up to 33 standard 750ml bottles.
  • Question: Does it protect wines from UV light?

    Answer: Yes, the UV-resistant thermopane glass door protects your collection from harmful UV rays.
  • Question: Does it have adjustable legs?

    Answer: I think one can make minor leveling type adjustments, similar to what one might do with a refrigerator or a range.
  • Question: Is this NSF certified?

    Answer: Yes it is.
  • Question: Where is this wine cooler made?

    Answer: China
  • Question: The fridge keeps making a clicking noise like it is being turned off and on continuously. Is this a motor or electrical issue?

    Answer: I have the same issue. It seems to be similar to a temperature thermostat where the motor will turn off when it reaches the set temperature. I have had no issue.
  • Question: Is there a way to keep the light on all the time or for more than 10 min?

    Answer: The light cuts off after a period of time.
  • Question: Can you use either section for the red or white ...in other words, does the temp accommodate either temp?

    Answer: No, not that I am aware of. The top is for red and bottom is for white.
  • Question: How many shelves/racks are included? The photo shows stacking bottles on top of each other in the top part of the lower zone to get to capacity.

    Answer: Video could not be loaded.
  • Question: Do the shelves slide out?

    Answer: Yes but depending on the size of some bottles, like Pinot size, the shelves might not slide out easily.
  • Question: Can you use it for cans and beer bottles too?

    Answer: Not exclusively, but there is an area at the bottom that can hold cans (about 12-15) or mini-wine bottles. The regular racks are wire racks and will not support beer bottles or cans.
  • Question: I purchased this less than a year and a half ago, and now it won’t hold temperature. Any thoughts?

    Answer: Sorry, I haven't had that issue.
