  • The Consew CM-1900HS-XL is a fully automatic, direct-drive, computer-controlled, single-needle bartacking machine built for fast, repeatable reinforcement stitching in production environments. The key advantage is the extra-large 50mm (W) x 60mm (L) sewing area, which allows longer and more complex bartack and pattern stitches than standard tackers. Designed for items like upholstery products, tarps, covers, awnings, tents, handbags, luggage, outdoor and work gear, footwear, and other sewn goods where reinforced stitching and consistent patterns matter. The CM-1900HS-XL supports up to 200 programmable stitch patterns, includes a USB port for saving/loading pattern data, and features a roll-in tuck function that tucks the top thread underneath at the start for a cleaner finish. Additional production-focused features include semi-dry head lubrication, DLC needle bar coating with needle cooling, and active tension with electronically controlled digital tension.
