For individuals struggling with hydration, such as those Consuming large quantities of water without relief from dry mouth, this product has provided a welcome solution. Customers appreciate the natural sweetness and the zero-calorie promise, appealing particularly to those on intermittent fasting regimens. However, a notable amendment to the calorie count (now labeled at 5 calories per serving) has disappointed some users, prompting concerns about transparency. While the vast majority of feedback leans positive, some users have encountered mixing issues—specifically with cooler water—resulting in a gritty residue at the bottom of the glass. Attempts to vigorously shake the powder in order to improve mixability often fell short, which could deter those particular about texture. The presence of sucralose is another point of contention among strict dieters. The balance of hydration benefits and enjoyable taste makes it a standout in the electrolyte supplement market. **
