Z Natural Foods Organic Apple Powder - Non-GMO Vegan Fruit Powder, 1 lb

The Organic Apple Powder is a superfood fruit supplement made in the USA. It is raw, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher, making it a great addition to drinks, juice, smoothies, recipes, and baking. Customers can enjoy the benefits of dried powdered apples without the hassle of peeling, coring, or chopping fresh apples. According to the FAQ section, the powder is made from the whole apple, including the skin, and can be used to make apple juice or mixed juice-based products, but might not be the best choice for making jam. However, customer reviews have been mixed. Some customers have reported that the product has a poor flavor, settles to the bottom of the cup quickly, or turns into a wallpaper glue-like substance. Others have found it to be a good sweetener or an additive to increase pectin in their diet. One customer loves the product and finds it perfectly filling and satisfying, but has requested the addition of celery powder and papaya powder. Another customer has reported that the product is not just apple but also contains rice flour and lecithin, which is not listed above the fold in the ingredients. Moreover, several customers have reported that the powder has no apple scent or no recognizable taste of apples.
