The Hettich 9220211 Trapezoidal Fitting 15.8 x 40 x 20.5 mm Nickel-Plated is a connector designed for use in heavy-duty cabinets. However, there have been complaints about the packaging and misleading information regarding the number of pieces included. Each package contains only four pieces instead of the advertised sixteen, and this is Considered too expensive for the customer. Additionally, some customers reported that the connector allowed gaps of 1-2mm in their cabinets and that there were issues with the connector's design. The need to stock and install two different-sized screws for each part also proved challenging. While the fittings are of good quality, these issues cast a negative light on this product.
