Answer: I used this brace for my knee instability during snow skiing and was pleased with it. -

Answer: I bought this knee brace for my left knee. The hinges are located on both sides, so it works for both knees. -

Answer: You would need to purchase the large size, center knee measurement should be between 15-17 inches for the large size. -
